Senior Salesforce Solution Architect / Pre-Sales Architect – LATAM
Spoiler: This is where your next big move begins.
What this Journey Looks Like
At Pearster, we’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Solution Architect / Pre-Sales Architect based in LATAM to support a strategic project for a leading healthcare organization in Chile.
This is an initial 2-month, 100% remote engagement, working during Chile business hours.
The project will focus on the assessment and pre-sales phase of a major Salesforce transformation initiative. You will work closely with the client to assess their current systems, data landscape, integrations, and architecture, identifying what can — and cannot — be effectively migrated or managed within Salesforce.
Your findings will be a key input for the development of an RFP (Request for Proposal) that the client will later use to select a Salesforce implementation partner and move forward with the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
We are looking for a very senior, consultative professional who combines strong Salesforce architecture expertise with the ability to lead discovery sessions, challenge assumptions, identify architectural constraints, and translate complex business and technical requirements into clear recommendations.
What You'll Lead and Build
Lead the technical and architectural assessment of the client's current ecosystem, including systems, applications, integrations, data sources, and data architecture.
Conduct discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
Assess the client's data landscape and determine which information and processes are suitable for Salesforce and which should remain outside the platform.
Identify technical constraints, dependencies, integration requirements, risks, and architectural gaps.
Evaluate the future use of Salesforce Data Cloud, with particular emphasis on data architecture, ingestion, harmonization, identity, and integration considerations.
Assess potential solutions involving Marketing Cloud and Health Cloud within the future Salesforce ecosystem.
Define high-level Salesforce solution and data architecture recommendations based on the client's current environment and future needs.
Translate assessment findings into clear technical requirements and recommendations.
Contribute to the preparation and construction of the RFP that will be used to evaluate and select a Salesforce implementation partner.
Work as a trusted technical advisor, helping the client understand Salesforce capabilities, limitations, trade-offs, and architectural decisions.
Collaborate closely with business, technology, data, and leadership stakeholders throughout the assessment.
