Commercial Business Analyst
About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial Business Analyst to play a key role in leading our client's data migration projects to ERP systems while supporting business operations through data-driven insights, process definition, and smart technology adoption.
This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with a strong understanding of business and commercial flows, and who enjoys identifying and implementing practical SaaS-based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead data migration projects to ERP systems, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and post-migration analysis.
- Understand and map business processes and workflows to ensure smooth integration with ERP systems
- Analyze business data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Create and maintain commercial dashboards and reports for both internal teams and potential clients.
- Evaluate and recommend SaaS tools (e.g., CRMs such as Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) according to business needs.
- Lead the implementation of selected SaaS tools—focusing on configuration, process alignment, and team enablement (not full technical deployments).
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and management teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Present and explain data and dashboards to stakeholders and clients in a clear and concise way.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a Business Management, BI, or Commercial Operations role.
- Reside in Buenos Aires.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and commercial workflows.
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Ability to interpret, visualize, and explain data effectively.
- Autonomy to define and optimize business processes.
- Hands-on approach to exploring and implementing SaaS solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.).
- Background in startups, consulting, or SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation or sales enablement tools.
