Document baseline counts of products and customers in PAYD Pro Plus to confirm completeness after migration.
Export inventory, customer, and historical data from PAYD Pro Plus using the migration tool, preserving CSV file structures and respecting file-size limits.
Import product files into the Wix Catalog and customer files into Wix Contacts, validating successful integration and correcting errors as needed.
Review and resolve import errors by analyzing reports, updating CSV files, and reprocessing data, while keeping the customer informed.
Confirm successful migration by reconciling record counts, verifying data accuracy in Moneris Total Commerce, and validating functionality with the customer.
Archive historical data securely and make it available for audit or reference.
Maintain detailed documentation of activities, outcomes, and error logs, escalating to Moneris or Wix support when necessary.
Requirements
Experience or strong interest in e-commerce platforms, website builders, or digital operations (e.g., Wix, Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data files (CSV format).
Comfortable handling routine digital tasks and following structured processes.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and providing clear updates.
Fluency in English and French (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Ability to coordinate migration scheduling to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Experience maintaining ongoing communication with customers, providing clear status updates and next steps.
Familiarity with exporting and importing data between systems, ensuring proper file structure and integrity.
Capability to analyze and resolve import/export errors, updating CSV files and ensuring data accuracy.
Knowledge of data reconciliation and verification processes to confirm successful migrations.
Ability to document and maintain logs of activities, outcomes, and error reports.
Experience or interest in collaborating with technical support teams (e.g., Moneris, Wix) to resolve escalated issues.
