Hubspot Engineer
Description:
We are looking for a skilled HubSpot Engineer with proven experience migrating CRM data, workflows, and integrations from Salesforce to HubSpot. This role requires strong technical expertise in HubSpot’s CRM platform, API usage, and automation capabilities, as well as a deep understanding of Salesforce data structures and customization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and validating the migration process, ensuring a seamless transition for business operations with minimal disruption.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end migration from Salesforce to HubSpot, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading.
Configure and optimize HubSpot CRM, marketing, and sales tools based on business requirements.
Rebuild or reconfigure workflows, automations, reports, and dashboards in HubSpot to mirror or improve existing Salesforce functionality.
Integrate HubSpot with other systems using native connectors, APIs, or middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Make).
Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues, including data inconsistencies and integration errors.
Provide training, documentation, and post-migration support to internal teams.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure the CRM setup aligns with operational needs.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience working with HubSpot CRM in a technical or administrative role.
Proven experience in Salesforce-to-HubSpot migration projects.
Strong understanding of CRM data structures, objects, and field mapping.
Experience with HubSpot APIs and integrations.
Proficiency in data migration tools (e.g., HubSpot Import, Data Loader, custom scripts).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CMS Hub, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub).
Experience with custom-coded workflows in HubSpot.
Familiarity with data governance and GDPR/CCPA compliance in CRM environments.
Experience in marketing automation and lead nurturing strategies.
