Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer for a focused, high-impact project. This role offers the opportunity to design and implement cutting-edge generative AI solutions that address real business challenges, leveraging the latest advancements in large language models (LLMs), image generation, audio synthesis, and other generative technologies.

As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and deploying AI systems that transform complex requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including product, design, and development, to deliver impactful AI-driven products.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop generative AI solutions using models such as GPT, LLaMA, Claude, and others.
• Perform fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and thorough evaluation of language models to maximize accuracy and efficiency.
• Integrate AI models seamlessly into web, mobile, and backend applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Stay current with emerging generative AI technologies and recommend innovative use cases.
• Document and enforce best practices for responsible AI deployment, addressing privacy, bias mitigation, and security.

Requirements

• Proven experience with large language models (LLMs) including GPT, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA, or similar.
• Strong Python skills and expertise in AI frameworks like PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or equivalents.
• Solid knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and MLOps methodologies.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
• Well-versed in Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative software development.
• Advanced in technical English for effective communication in global teams.
• Experience with generative image models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Midjourney API).
• Understanding of AI ethics, alignment strategies, and bias mitigation techniques.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects.
• Experience with monitoring and evaluating AI models in production environments.
